Guangdong Juxing Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2003. It is a new enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, sales and technical services of semiconductor discrete devices. The company introduces a full set of advanced equipment and scientific management system at home and abroad, with an annual production and sales of diodes and bridge stacks totaling about 10 billion. Has a number of invention and utility model patents, and passed the ISO9001 international quality standard system, ISO14001 environmental management system certification.

After 20 years of hard work, Juxing Electronics is growing, and its high-quality independent brands are recognized and favored by customers. In order to meet the market demand, Anhui Juxin Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. was established under Jiuhua Mountain in Chizhou City, Anhui Province in 2015, and then a new factory area-Guangdong Juxin Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2021 in Ping An Science and Technology Silicon Valley, Zengcheng Economic Development Zone, Guangzhou. Juxing Group is based on photovoltaic diode products and TO-252, TO/ITO-220, TO-263, TO-247 welding new processes for production and packaging testing, product research and development as the leading innovative enterprises, strong technology, advanced equipment to become the most solid backing of our brand quality.

At present, the company has ordinary rectification, fast recovery, high efficiency, ultra-fast, Schottky, bidirectional trigger tube, rectifier bridge, high voltage and instantaneous surge voltage absorption, switching, voltage stabilization and other series, a variety of packaging forms of diode products, while providing customers with triode, MOS tube and other semiconductor discrete devices.
